Forkly is built on the principle that your supplier pricing, recipes, and sales are confidential business assets. We don't sell them. We don't share them. We don't train across customers.
Per-client isolation
Each client runs in its own isolated cloud environment. Your data is never co-mingled with another customer's data.
No data sharing or resale
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or analytics. Period.
No cross-customer model training
Models are tuned on your data, for your account. We do not use your data to train models that benefit other customers.
Payment data we never store
We do not store your credit card or bank information. All payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party processors. Forkly never sees your full card number.
Encryption in transit and at rest
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest in our managed cloud storage.
Access controls
Authentication, audit logging, and least-privilege access for our staff. Customer data is only accessed when needed to provide support or resolve issues, and only with appropriate authorization.
Helpdesk & ticketing
A real human ticketing system. You always know who you're talking to, and we keep a record so nothing falls through the cracks.

If you believe you've found a vulnerability or have a security concern, contact us through our helpdesk and we'll respond promptly. We take all reports seriously.
