What we collect

  • Account information — name, email, business name, role.
  • Operational data you upload — recipes, ingredients, suppliers, invoices, sales, labor.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, error logs (used to improve the Service).
  • Payment information — handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card or bank details.

How we use it

  • To provide and operate the Service.
  • To train per-customer models that improve invoice ingestion and ingredient mapping for your account. We do not use your data to train models that benefit other customers.
  • To provide support through our helpdesk.
  • To send transactional and service-related communications.

What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your data with other Forkly customers.
  • We do not use your supplier pricing, recipes, or sales for marketing, advertising, or third-party analytics.
  • We do not store payment card information.

Where your data lives

Each Forkly customer runs in its own isolated cloud environment. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Data is hosted with reputable cloud infrastructure providers.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, error monitoring). These providers receive only the data needed to perform their function and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Your rights

  • You may request a copy of your data at any time.
  • You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • You may correct inaccurate information through your account or by contacting support.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After cancellation, we retain data for a limited grace period to allow reactivation, then delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention schedule.
