1 A one-time onboarding fee starting at $1,500 applies. Final onboarding cost depends on plan complexity, data volume, and integrations.
2 Each new invoice format requires model training so we can accurately extract line items going forward. After onboarding, additional invoices are billed individually or as a 10-pack. Pricing may vary based on document complexity.
3 No hard user cap, but we apply a fair-use policy. If usage is materially out of line with typical operations, we may discuss limits or volume pricing.
4 Compute and AI processing usage is metered. Each client runs in an isolated cloud environment, and infrastructure usage is passed through transparently. We always notify you before any usage-related charge above your typical baseline.
5 Data migration is subject to assessment. Highly disorganized or paper-based recipe sets may be partially migrated. We will be transparent about what can and can't be brought over before onboarding begins.
